What's Going On?

July, 2020

The past year and a half was spent working under an NDA with Virgin Voyages. As of this date, we still haven’t launched our product due to complications from the Coronavirus Pandemic. Seeing as we halted the launch merely a few weeks out, though, most of what I was working on has at least been featured through press releases and through their social media. In a nutshell, I was given the opportunity to be a casting associate, event producer, creative producer, copywriter, and director all through this one amazing, giant, unique project. I had the opportunity to work with several other talented creatives and an innovations consultancy called Spark Cooperative to redesign the Cruise Director/cruise staff model of the cruise industry and to help bring entertainment and the events that occur throughout a Sailor’s voyage on Virgin’s ships into the 21st century. This journey technically began for me back in December of 2015 as a consultant and collaborator, but really didn’t take the shape it has today until the end of 2018 and into 2019. It’s been hard work but I am so excited to share this with the world. I can’t thank Virgin and my co-workers enough for the experiences of this project and the growth as a creative that has come from it.

january, 2019

A quick recap: Summer of 2017 saw myself and a very talented group of people performing in a production of Grease the Musical in Wisconsin.

In the world of events, the company I work for was flown to NOLA in November of 2017 to cater/serve the wedding of Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian.

2018 began with a trip to Europe to visit some not-yet-explored places - and whilst in Stuttgart, an exhibit of Patrick Angus’s work at Kunstmuseum Stuttgart tickled my creative bone, so to speak.

2018 also brought on many creative brainstorms and conversations with a certain friend with regards to Virgin Voyages, Richard Branson’s new cruise line that is launching in 2020. I was able to work with and creative produce for Virgin on their Food and Beverage concept reveal back in November of 2018. Stay tuned for more on that front!

2019 is looking promising already, and while I have focused a lot on events in NYC and not as much on the performing side, the itch to live more firmly in the creative/entertainment world is quite strong and I’m looking forward to opportunities of creating, producing, and performing to come!

NOVEMBER 17, 2016

The Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat tour wrapped up with a short stint at Tokyu Theatre Orb in Tokyo, Japan this past July. This holiday season I have been given the opportunity to portray Bob Wallace in Irving Berlin's White Christmas at the Mill Mountain Theatre in Roanoke, VA. The production is a little over a week into rehearsals and we open November 30, 2016 and do 6 shows a week Wednesday-Sunday with 2 shows on Saturdays and Sunday being a matinee. If you are in the area, I would encourage you to come see it! For more information, visit Mill Mountain's website. Be sure to check out my social media as well - links at the bottom of this page!

FEBRUARY 9, 2016

I'm pleased to announce that after only a couple of weeks back in New York City, something grand happened: I booked the national tour of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat directed by Andy Blankenbuehler and produced by Troika Entertainment! I'll be an ensemble swing and understudying Joseph, Pharaoh, and Simeon. I'm so excited to join this wonderful production with this amazingly talented cast for the rest of their tour this season! Click on the show to check out the website and see if we visit a city near you. You don't want to miss this production!

January 2016

After the holidays, I felt I needed a proper vacation on my own terms - it had been over a year and a half! So I took 2 weeks to travel to Munich (to see my sister and her husband), Berlin, and Paris...And what a wonderful trip it was! I'm now back in New York City indefinitely to tackle audition season and see what comes next! Looking forward to seeing everyone as I pound the pavement.

December 2015

I just finished a 6 month contract with Norwegian Cruise Line doing their production of Legally Blonde - The Musical. I was a featured ensemble member/Carlos and I also understudied and performed Emmett as well as understudying and performing as the lead male vocalist in their other amazing ballroom show called Burn the Floor. Excited to spend time catching up with friends and family over the holidays. Can't wait for what 2016 has in store!
